The indoor pool offered a panoramic view. It made unwinding easy. the lobby bar had delicious drinks, and the café had light bites in a cozy setting. the staff were friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed. parking was convenient, and it was a great starting point for local excursions.

The facilities had perfect cleanliness and maintenance. I found the pool and steam bath especially good. The view from the pool offered fine scenery, with the potential for even greater beauty at night. The breakfast proved worth the cost, due to multiple choices like scrambled eggs, bread, pasta, croissants, sweets, fruit, yogurt, and pancakes. Staff ensured that the dining space remained tidy.

convenient access helpful staff rooftop spa spacious room
the hotel is near the u4 line providing convenient access to the city i found the staff to be really helpful the rooftop spa and sauna were complimentary and a highlight i found robes slippers and towels in the room ready to use. the room layout was spacious and i appreciated the separate bath and shower areas
the hallway doors showed wear and tear it could use some upgrading the age of the building showed in some areas outside the room

the facilities were clean. the pool was a real highlight for me. the view from the pool is amazing. i found the bed spacious, contributing to a good night's sleep.
i found that the temperature in the room was too high. i asked to lower it but was told it was not possible due to centralized heating.

unfriendly staff dirty room
the breakfast had a great selection of food.
The front desk staff were not friendly. I felt they were rude at check-in. the corridors smelled bad. The carpets looked old and the walls were dirty. the room was dusty. The air conditioning was not effective.
